It's a birds life

Some time I wonder if my chicken's have it better then me. But then again they can't tell you when they hurt. we hit 21 eggs yesterday.yes! we have 1 rooster that is trying hard to get in with the girl's but we're not having any more accidental hatch lings!

cold weather

my chickens are enjoying warm oatmeal in this cold weather. Their thanks is increased egg production. 9-13 eggs a day good thing its cookie making time :}  keep warm and safe.
